Is there a minimum commitment?
No. All Workspace plans are billed month to month with no minimum term. You can scale seats up or down, and cancel with one day's notice.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one configured workbench for one team member. Each seat carries its own compute, storage, security posture, and support, whichever tier you choose it on. (REVISE THIS TEXT)
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can move a seat between tiers as a role or workload changes, and adjust your seat count at any time with one day's/a short notice.
What's included in a Custom configuration?
Custom configurations, different RAM, vCores, or storage, and anything else are quoted on request.
How does billing and cancellation work?
Billing is per seat, per month, or per year if you choose annual billing. There's no onboarding fee and no minimum commitment, and you can cancel a seat with one day's notice.
